Milano Linate airport is at 10 Km approx. distance; 20 min by taxi.

Station Portello of Line 5 (Purple) is situated at 500 m. from the MiCo. Please check on this link.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES OF THE MEETING

English and Italian will be official languages of the Meeting. Simultaneous translation will be available during session in Silver Room only.

badge

Each participant receives a name badge upon collecting the congress kit at the Registration Desk. The badge is the official congress document and must be worn at all times.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

The certificate of attendance will be sent via email after the congress to all the onsite participants. Virtual participants can require the certificate of attendance by writing to:  gise2021@oic.it

PROGRAM AT A GLANCE

A program at a glance leaflet will be distributed at the Registration Desk.

It will include the Congress map and time-table, general information about the Meeting, programs of Industry Symposia and Education Village Sessions.

ABSTRACT BOOK

Abstracts accepted for oral presentation will be published on line as a supplement of the Giornale Italiano di Cardiologia.

Abstract of Clinical Cases Sessions and e-poster will not be included.

PROGRAM CHANGES

The Organizers cannot assume any liability for changes in the program due to external or unforeseen circumstances.

The Slide Center is located next to cloakroom and open accordingly to the following schedule:

Only computer projection is available in the Meetings rooms and it is not possible to directly use personal laptops at the podium.

N.B. Presenters scheduled in room Yellow 2 must deliver their presentation directly in the room.

Cloakroom and luggage storage facilities are available in the Congress venue (Level 1)

INSURANCE

In registering for the GISE 2021 participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the organizing secretariat assume any liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO MATERIAL

An official photographer will be present and the GISE 2021 and will take pictures during the scientific sessions, in the common areas. Pictures could be reproduced in Gise news, social media and promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including social media  and GISE website. GISE reserves the right to crop, splice, treat, and edit any photographs taken at the GISE 2021 Meeting. The participant waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy.

Naturally, participants always have the right for their picture to be removes. Should you wish to have your picture removed, please let us know and we will take action accordingly.

COFFEE POINTS

Coffee breaks are foreseen on Wednesday, 6 October and Thursday 7, October from 15.00 to 15.30 in the exhibition area.

LUNCH BOXES

Snack lunches for participants are offered by Major Sponsors and those companies organising the Sponsored Sessions at lunchtime on 6 and 7 October. In order to pick up their lunch boxes, participants need to present their daily voucher at the distribution points located next to the meeting
